How does it work?
An agent:
logs in,
searches for the property they want to show,
sets a time and date for the showing.
Showings Pro takes over from there, e-mailing:
the listing agent,
the showing agent,
and the seller
for confirmation and approval of the showing.
Showings Pro allows agents to schedule showings online. Schedule with any agent, even if they are not in the database. Administrators are able to schedule showings, appraisals, and inspections online. When a showing is scheduled, the listing agent will receive an email asking permission to show one of their properties. Notification and confirmation e-mail is immediately sent to the listing agent, showing agent, and seller of the property. The system automatically identifies showing conflicts and notifies the showings administrator, who can remedy the conflict. Scheduled showings are logged into the property history you always have a history of who and when each property was looked at.
